These terms describe the basic rules for using Baracaxi. They are written for public launch readiness and should be reviewed before the final commercial release.
Using Baracaxi
Baracaxi lets people preserve stories, words, memories and cultural moments as digital museum pieces. You are responsible for the information you add and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You give Baracaxi the permission needed to store, display, process, sync and share that content according to your visibility settings and the features you choose to use.
Respect and safety
Do not use Baracaxi to harass people, impersonate others, publish private information without permission, upload illegal content, bypass security, scrape the service or interfere with other users. Public and shared content may be reviewed or moderated for safety.
Accounts and age
You must provide accurate signup information and use Baracaxi only if you are allowed to do so in your country. Some experiences may be limited by age, consent or local requirements.
Service changes
Baracaxi may change features, improve the product, suspend abusive activity or remove content that violates these terms. We will try to keep important account and policy information understandable and available.
